The majority of our customers already belong to Gold Club, having realized the advantages of keeping up-to-date on the latest developments with CEREC®.
For a monthly payment of £159 (including VAT), you will receive the latest version of software, all future upgrades, plus an annual service, which is necessary for the optimum performance for your machine. In other words, you will benefit from software enhancements, new clinical indications that will assist you in your day to day work, and you will have peace of mind.
Listed below are the points covered:
- Replacement of CEREC inlet filters
- Track ball maintenance.
- Operation of camera and calibration.
- Monitor mountings and all connections.
- Computer function and programmes.
- Dismantling of milling unit. (This is the main purpose of the service)
- All service tests carried out, stepper motors, light barriers, speed test, media tests, continuous load tests, chuck position park tests.
- Removal of old lubricant from shafts and seals, motor 1, motor 3 and block.
- Replacement of four gear end stops.
- Fully cleaning of all parts and re-lubrication.
- Cleaning of water channels and water jets.
- Replacement of block grub screw and burs.
- Function of movement and check for shaft leaks.
- Removal of door and clean seal, including replacement of drip pad.
- Calibration of milling unit.
- C.C.P board check and removal of dirt connector.
- Reassembling of unit and full function test.
- Mill restoration with known parameters.
It cannot be emphasized how important a yearly service is for the continued operation of your CEREC machine. The cost of a standard service including parts is well over £700, bringing into focus the reasonable monthly payment figure for Gold Club membership.
