• Replacement of CEREC inlet filters
• Track ball maintenance.
• Operation of camera and calibration.
• Monitor mountings and all connections.
• Computer function and programmes.
• Dismantling of milling unit. (MCL only applicable)
• All service tests carried out, stepper motors, light barriers, speed test, media tests, continuous load tests, chuck position park tests.
• Removal of old lubricant from shafts and seals, motor 1, motor 3 and block.
• Replacement of four gear end stops. (MCL only applicable)
• Fully cleaning of all parts and re-lubrication.
• Cleaning of water channels and water jets.
• Replacement of block grub screw and burs.
• Function of movement and check for shaft leaks.
• Removal of door and clean seal, including replacement of drip pad.
• Calibration of milling unit.
• C.C.P board check and removal of dirt connector.
• Reassembling of unit and full function test.
• Mill restoration with known parameters.
